What Are Your EATING & EXERCISE GOALS

It's a NEW YEAR so what is your GOAL!
Take a moment and think about your eating, health, and/or exercise goals.
-what do you want to achieve?
 
Ask yourself "what will I need to do to reach this goal?"
-if you don't know then educate yourself by searching on the internet or asking someone who has knowledge about how to reach your goal. 
 
Set a realistic plan.
-set yourself up for success by working towards your goal in a way that is workable for you
 
Stay FOCUSED & DETERMINED to reach that goal.
-be your own "cheerleader" and cheer yourself on.
