2 Healthy Snack Ideas

Below are 2 healthy snacks.  Try cutting out junk "food" snacks at least 1 time a day and replacing
it with 1 one of the following:
 
1. apple or orange or 15-20 grapes with 20 almonds
 
2. 2 cups air popped popcorn with string cheese or 1 oz of white cheese.
